Role Purpose

Student Success Lead

Design and operate the system that keeps students on track s role involves building frameworks, segments, and action triggers that deliver the right intervention to the right student at the right moment—systematically and not on a case‑by‑case basis.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the student segmentation system
    • Define behavioural and performance dimensions such as recency of engagement, frequency of practice, and mastery signals.
    • Translate these dimensions into a maintainable tagging system that updates automatically as student behaviour changes.
  • Define action playbooks per segment
    • For each segment, specify the intended action, owner, channel, and cadence.
    • Ensure playbooks run automatically whenever criteria are met.
    • Collaborate with Communication & Reporting to deliver timely messages and with Student Journey to surface upstream issues for high‑risk segments.
  • Measure effectiveness
    • Track segment movement over time to evaluate conversions from at‑risk to on‑track states.
    • Run structured tests on interventions—varying action, timing, or channel—and measure outcomes.
    • Iterate playbooks based on findings to improve the system seasonally.
  • Own the on‑track view
    • Maintain the operational view of student health across programs.
    • Flag systematic patterns such as whole cohorts drifting away, versus isolated issues.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in growth, lifecycle/CRM, operations, or data‑driven customer success where you segmented a user population and designed differentiated actions.
  • Comfortable working with data—building or reading cohort analyses, defining tagging criteria, and tracking segment migration.
  • Experience running A/B tests or structured experiments on interventions, not merely reporting outcomes.
Benefits
  • Health:
Full medical coverage, including family dependants.
  • Time Off: 21 days annual leave.
  • Team & Connection:
Regular social activities with a diverse, low‑ego team.
Diversity & Inclusion

Noon is an equal‑opportunity employer. We respect and value differences across race, religion, sexual orientation, and gender, providing a welcoming environment for all employees.
