- 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with Golang (ideally)
- 2+ years as an Engineering Manager at a fast‑growing fintech/e‑commerce company;
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems and working with high‑load architectures
- Solid understanding of backend tools and technologies — we use Postgre
SQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Git Lab, and a microservices architecture - Experience integrating third‑party APIs and contributing to product development
- A passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
- Lead large cross‑team projects and drive them to production
- Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition
- Review feature designs and ensure non‑functional requirements are met
- Oversee technical debt management and incident handling
- Hire, evaluate, and motivate team members
- Build cross‑team and cross‑functional collaboration to increase efficiency
- Foster a results‑and business‑oriented culture
- Monitor key team performance indicators
- Ensure process and delivery transparency for stakeholders and partner functions
- Optimize processes to improve productivity
