Fanfinity is a sports technology venture backed by Sanabil Venture Studio, building the digital backbone of Saudi Arabia’s fan ecosystem. We create platforms that connect fans, clubs, and media through live match feeds, predictor and trivia games, CRMs, loyalty systems, and data‑driven engagement tools. Our products also extend into gaming and stadium technology, enhancing how fans experience live sports environments.

We’re seeking a hands‑on technology leader to architect, scale, and lead Fanfinity’s technology stack. The CTO will define the technical vision, oversee engineering execution, and ensure our products are robust, scalable, and future‑ready.

• Own and execute the overall technology roadmap aligned with product and business objectives.
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable CRMs, gamification systems, and fan data platforms.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing engineering team across backend, frontend, data, and Dev Ops.
• Oversee infrastructure design and reliability using Kubernetes, Docker
  , and cloud‑native architectures (
  AWS/GCP
  ).
• Guide backend development using Go (Golang) and Kotlin
  , ensuring modular, high‑performance systems.
• Oversee frontend development using React and modern UI frameworks for seamless cross‑platform experiences.
• Implement strong Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability.
• Integrate third‑party services including payments, analytics, and loyalty APIs.
• Drive the exploration of AI and computer vision to enhance fan engagement, content automation, and stadium analytics.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability across multi‑tenant club deployments.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3–5 years in senior technical leadership.
• Proven record of scaling cloud‑native applications serving large user bases.
• Deep expertise in Go, Kotlin, React, Docker, Kubernetes
  , and modern cloud infrastructure (
  AWS/GCP
  ).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, payments, and real‑time data processing.
• Experience leading full‑stack teams and managing external technology partners.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving startup environments with tight execution cycles.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Experience with computer vision, AI personalization, or fan engagement technologies.
• Background in building consumer‑facing platforms in fintech, loyalty, or gaming sectors.
• Familiarity with stadium technology and IoT‑based fan experiences.
• Experience scaling products for multi‑market or global audiences.
