Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical vision and direction to ensure the development team aligns with the business strategy.

Take responsibility for code quality, system security, and the entire development process on IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, speed, and scalability.

Oversee the design and implementation of IT systems to ensure appropriate and cost-effective solutions.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and technology specialists.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software and application production.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technology integration.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure a high-quality product platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system specifications.

Implement best practices for software development and documentation.

Maintain high performance and reliability within the architecture.

Develop and maintain backend components using PHP Laravel.

Implement web solutions with React JS for seamless user interfaces.

Manage content using Contentful CMS.

Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other teams for seamless integration.

Debug, resolve technical issues, and optimize web application performance.

Develop and maintain databases and APIs.

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven +12 years of experience in PHP Laravel and React JS development.

Skills in database architecture and implementation with Mongo

DB, Redis, or similar No

SQL systems.

Strong expertise in Contentful CMS.

Full-stack development experience is essential.

Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing risk and uncertainty effectively.
