Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Senior Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and user requirements. The engineer will use modern backend and frontend technologies, follow best development practices, and contribute to continuous improvement within the development team.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Solid hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Postgre
  
  SQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Practical experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Svelte.
• Experience using Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and scalability.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with API and gateway management concepts.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is preferred.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain secure and scalable APIs.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

Maintain clear technical documentation for development and onboarding purposes.
