We’re looking for an experienced LLM Engineer to design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models for real‑world, production use — with a strong focus on LLM pipelines, alignment, and deployment at scale.
What you’ll do- Fine‑tune and align LLMs using techniques like LoRA/QLoRA, RLHF, PPO, DPO
- Optimize LLM inference and deployment using vLLM and distributed training methods
- Work closely with product and engineering teams on LLM‑powered applications (incl. voice assistants)
- 3+ years experience building and deploying LLMs
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or Tensor Flow
- Hands‑on experience with LLM fine‑tuning, alignment, and benchmarking
- Experience with distributed training (DDP, FSDP, model/tensor parallelism)
