• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar
• Understanding of basic software development concepts, including algorithms and data structures
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• No prior work experience required; internships or projects during university are a plus
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn
