We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM development, customization, integrations, database management, and enterprise application support using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components including entities, forms, dashboards, views, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Design and implement CRM integrations using REST and SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Create and maintain custom workflow activities, plugins, and server-side extensions within Dynamics CRM environments.
- Perform data migration, synchronization, and transformation between CRM and integrated systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and database performance tuning using SQL and T‑SQL.
- Manage CRM security roles, business units, teams, and user access permissions.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint integration within Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term technical solutions.
- Maintain and support source code repositories using TFS and Git.
- Participate in solution design discussions, technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment activities.
- Utilize Visual Studio and VS Code for development, debugging, and deployment tasks.
- Ensure CRM solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 technical development and customization.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.
- Experience with CRM SDK, Fetch
XML, XML, LINQ, and Data Sets. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T‑SQL, database optimization, and indexing.
- Experience with SharePoint configuration and CRM integration.
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for enterprise integrations.
- Experience with source control tools such as TFS and Git.
- Strong experience using Visual Studio and VS Code.
- Knowledge of CRM architecture, customization, deployment, and troubleshooting best practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative and fast‑paced technical environments.
