Forward Deployment Engineering

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineering leader to translate complex client business requirements into scalable, production‑ready solution architectures that accelerate deployment outcomes and drive platform evolution.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on solution architecture, prototyping, client engagement, and production workflow engineering across strategic initiatives.

As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will work at the intersection of clients, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver high‑impact technical solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, develop end‑to‑end architectures, build prototypes and pilot implementations, and ensure seamless transition into production environments.

You will also provide structured feedback to inform product roadmaps and continuously improve deployment patterns and solution frameworks.

• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures aligned with client requirements and platform capabilities
• Conduct technical discovery workshops and fit‑gap analyses
• Develop rapid prototypes, proof‑of‑value solutions, and pilot implementations
• Engineer production‑ready workflows, integrations, and deployment components
• Lead technical demonstrations and validation sessions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap improvements
• Provide architecture guidance to support scalable, maintainable deployments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or forward deployment roles
• Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Hands‑on experience in prototyping, pilot delivery, and production implementation
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in AI, data platforms, workflow automation, or enterprise software
• Cloud architecture or solution architecture certifications

• Advanced knowledge of system integration and distributed software design
• Strong client‑facing technical leadership skills
• Ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Passion for turning field insights into product and engineering improvements
