We’re hiring on behalf of a client a Senior Full Stack Mobile App Developer to lead end‑to‑end development of an internal enterprise mobile app. You’ll own the React Native frontend and Django backend, delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Mobile Frontend (React Native)- Architect and build cross‑platform features with React Native and Type Script
- Convert user workflows / Figma into accessible, responsive UI
- Integrate with backend APIs (REST/Graph
QL), including auth and secure sessions - Implement state management and offline‑first patterns (sync, caching, retries)
- Optimize performance: rendering, navigation, startup time, memory
- Manage app release lifecycle: configs, signing, versioning, distribution
- Design and build backend services with Python + Django (DRF preferred)
- Create secure APIs for internal use (RBAC, permissions, validation, rate limiting)
- Implement background jobs/scheduled tasks (Celery/RQ, cron)
- Integrate enterprise systems and third‑party services (SSO, email/SMS, push, ERP/HR)
- Produce API docs (OpenAPI/Swagger), versioning strategy, and governance
- Define and implement testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD automation
- Apply secure coding practices (secrets management, encryption)
- Lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, drive best practices
- 7+ years software development experience with production ownership
- Strong experience shipping React Native mobile apps (Type Script preferred)
- Strong experience building APIs with Django and RESTful patterns (DRF preferred)
- Hands‑on with relational DBs (Postgre
SQL/MySQL) and ORM best practices - Experience implementing auth/authorization (JWT/OAuth2) and RBAC
- Solid understanding of enterprise non‑functional requirements (security, reliability, maintainability)
- Familiar with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
- Django Channels/Web Sockets for real‑time features
- Background processing:
Celery + Redis/RabbitMQ - Containerization/deployment with Docker (Kubernetes a plus)
- Mobile testing frameworks:
Jest, Detox, or similar - Experience with internal distribution and MDM (Intune, device policies)
