We are hiring a UI/UX Developer (Arabic Speaker) for a leading fintech and banking organization.

This role requires a hybrid professional who can design intuitive user experiences and convert them into responsive front‑end applications using modern web technologies.

The ideal candidate combines UI/UX design thinking and hands‑on frontend development (Vue.js preferred) to deliver seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Design user‑centric interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise/back‑office systems.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate approved designs into responsive and scalable front‑end code.
• Develop interactive UI components using JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to define requirements and solutions.
• Ensure consistent UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Conduct or support UX research, usability testing, and journey optimization.
• Work within fintech/banking compliance‑driven environments.
• Use data insights to improve user engagement and experience.

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer, Frontend Developer, or Product Designer (hybrid exposure preferred).
• Strong experience in UI/UX tools—Figma, wire framing, prototyping.
• Strong hands‑on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
  Vue.js (preferred), React, Angular.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Experience building responsive and mobile‑first applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to fintech/banking/financial platforms (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and frontend implementation work.

• Arabic + English communication skills (mandatory).
• Experience in Saudi/GCC market.
• Knowledge of payment systems, onboarding flows, dashboards.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Maze, Hotjar.
• Experience in enterprise design systems.
