About the Role

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning workflows using both classical ML techniques and cutting‑edge large language models (LLMs). You’ll play a key role in developing AI‑driven agent workflows to address complex business challenges, particularly in sustainability and carbon emissions management. Working closely with the CTO and the engineering team, you will help drive technological innovation, contribute to model development, and enhance automation across various functions to increase efficiency and decision‑making.

You’ll also help shape the architecture of AI models that directly impact the company’s core mission to reduce carbon emissions globally.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role, ideally in a software development or climate tech environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with agent‑based AI systems and multi‑agent architectures.
• Proficiency with database management (Postgre
  
  SQL) and data processing frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Knowledge of Lang Chain and sustainability‑related AI applications is a plus.
• Problem‑solving: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on applying AI/ML solutions to complex real‑world challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
