Frontend Manager

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of web and mobile frontend developers to build high-quality user experiences. You will provide technical direction, support architectural decisions, set team objectives, and guide the team toward successful delivery.

This role combines technical leadership with people management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead, mentor, and support frontend and mobile engineers while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Manage team performance and provide regular feedback.

• Provide technical guidance for frontend systems, promote engineering best practices, ensure code quality, and support the management of technical debt.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Drive consistency across web and mobile frontend development practices.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define requirements and deliver visually appealing and user-friendly applications.
• Ensure the timely delivery of scalable web and mobile solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Support planning and execution activities across multiple initiatives.
• Work closely with backend engineers and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality product delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

• Optimize application performance and maintain accessibility and usability standards.
• Promote efficient development practices and continuous improvement across the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web and mobile development.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and engineering efficiency.

• Maintain clear documentation for team goals, plans, feedback, achievements, and overall progress.
• Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date.

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership, mentoring, or team management capacity.

• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture principles, Mono Repo structures, and best practices for scalable and maintainable web and mobile applications.
• Expert knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.

• Experience with React, Next.js, and Flutter.
