We are building an innovative SaaS platform for drive-thru and QSR brands that helps businesses recognize returning customers in real time and deliver a personalized customer experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Product Engineer to join as an early team member and take ownership of designing, building, and scaling the product from MVP to commercial deployment.

Develop and maintain the core web application.

Design and manage customer and operational databases.

Build intuitive staff-facing dashboards and interfaces.

Develop analytics and reporting features.

Integrate with third-party systems and camera vendors through APIs.

Implement user authentication, permissions, and account management.

Support multi-location and multi-branch deployments.

Collaborate on product strategy, architecture, and technical decisions.

Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the platform.

3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).

Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar).

Experience with relational databases such as Postgre

SQL or MySQL.

Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of software architecture, security, and scalability best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience building SaaS products.

Startup or early-stage company experience.

Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.

Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms.

Experience integrating with hardware, IoT, or camera-based systems.

Product-minded engineer who understands business objectives, not just code.

Ownership mentality and ability to lead technical execution.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Passion for building products from the ground up.

Experience with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Windsurf, etc.).

Experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
