Key Qualifications and Responsibilities- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience in API development and system integrations
- Hands‑on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Solid understanding of SQL and No
SQL databases - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs
- Build and support automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Database management, optimization, and performance tuning
- Application monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvement
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting and automation
- Knowledge of Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions
- User access management, network inventory management, and alarm automation tools
- Troubleshooting at both application and system levels
- SharePoint administration and resource management experience is an advantage
- Work on innovative software and automation initiatives
