Drive high quality execution across the full lifecycle including design, development, testing, release, and post production support.

Continuously improve performance, reliability, and user experience of delivered solutions.

Provide guidance and mentorship within the team supporting a strong engineering culture and high standards.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross functional teams to deliver clear and value driven outcomes.

Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and improvement areas.

Apply Agile principles with discipline to ensure predictable and high impact delivery.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Contribute to reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and best practices to strengthen organizational capability.

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or other disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of experience with IBM Datapower, API Connect, App Connect, and Cloud Pak.

Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP, REST), Postman, SoapUI, queue messaging (JMS, Kafka etc.).

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, including error handling and offline strategies.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git workflows, and Agile delivery practices.
