Job Overview

Forward Deployed Engineer, Arabic Speaking – Salesforce, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Full‑time, on‑site position. The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer is a technical builder responsible for deciding, designing, building, and deploying complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You will partner closely with a Deployment Strategist, own end‑to‑end outcomes, and set engineering standards for agentic AI at scale.

• Own end‑to‑end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce’s most strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including logic, tool calls, orchestration, guardrails, and integration patterns.
• Own the data lifecycle, model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data
  360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer‑specific platforms.
• Resolve technical blockers related to data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance regressions.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
• Develop proofs‑of‑concept and MVPs quickly, choosing when to defer or commit.
• Codify learnings into reusable assets, playbooks, and internal frameworks.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work.
• Provide technical depth on at‑risk or strategically critical deployments, propelling field insights to product and engineering.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate complex customer business challenges into ship‑ready agentic solutions.

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with proven end‑to‑end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/Type Script, Java, or Apex, with conversational skills in the others.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production, using frameworks such as Lang Chain or Llama Index, and applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
• Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics with platforms like Salesforce Data
  360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise:
  Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with judgment on when rapid delivery is acceptable.
• Proven mentoring of technical talent and creation of reusable assets, frameworks, playbooks, and internal tooling.
• Strong communication skills with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Active interest in the evolving AI/data landscape, experimenting with new tools and models.
• 25% travel requirement, embedded with customer engineers.
• Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform DeveloperI/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops/CI‑CD practices, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience architecting multi‑cloud, multi‑system enterprise AI solutions for Global
  500 customers.
• Track record of influencing product roadmaps through field engineering insight.
• Open‑source contributions, technical writing, or conference presentations.
