React JS Developer (Banking/Fin Tech)

We are looking for an experienced React JS Developer to join our Banking/Fin Tech technology team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern React development, hands‑on experience with CI/CD and Docker, and a proven background in banking, fintech, or digital payments. You will be involved in building scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications in a regulated, high‑availability environment while contributing to greenfield initiatives.

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React JS and Type Script.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components using React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand, and modern React best practices.
• Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and performance tuning techniques.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, Web Sockets, and backend services.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Build, manage, and optimize Docker images and containers for production deployments.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI.
• Work with Nginx or Apache for basic web server configuration and reverse proxy setup.
• Collaborate with backend, Dev Ops, QA, and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Develop applications that meet banking security, compliance, and high-availability requirements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to greenfield product development.

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in React JS development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Lazy Loading and Code Splitting
• HTML5, CSS3
• Experience integrating REST APIs using Axios and Fetch.
• Experience with Web Sockets.
• Hands‑on experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong Docker experience, including production image creation and container management.
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI.
• Basic administration/configuration of Nginx or Apache, including reverse proxy setup.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with SQL databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Mandatory experience in Banking, Fin Tech, or Digital Payments.
• Experience working on Greenfield application development projects.
• Experience developing applications in highly available, secure, and regulated environments.

• Ability to read, understand, and debug Java Spring Boot applications.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Experience with IBM MQ or similar messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture (Module Federation or Single-SPA).
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker Compose.
• Working knowledge of Redis or MongoDB.
• Experience integrating with Temenos T24/Core Banking systems (strong advantage).

• Knowledge of SAMA regulations or PCI-DSS compliance.
• Experience with Kony Visualizer or React Native.
• Arabic language proficiency.

• Hands‑on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven production experience with Docker.
• Experience delivering Greenfield applications.
• Temenos T24 integration experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
