Job Description
As a Product Developer II, you will be working in BMC Helix Software’s AI Office team where we are passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing prototypes and features for BMC Helix products and helping customers achieve their business needs. If your interest lies in daily innovation-related challenges and you like to work in a fast‑paced environment, then the AI Office is the place to be.
PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities
- Developing MVP/POC, designing lab, and other engineering activities in the AI Office.
- Performing thorough problem analysis that resolves product‑related problems according to BMC Helix support standards.
- Training and enablement for Product Support TSAs, SE’s, Partners and Customers.
- Engaging with Product Owners on requirements.
