Job Description

Accountable for the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of all web‑based fronend channels. This role oversees engineering, UI, and web alignment to deliver seamless web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Define strategy and roadmap for web channels.
Lead and grow chapter members specializing in front‑end, and web platform engineering.
Oversee web architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Ensure consistent branding, usability, and accessibility across web channels.
Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and delivery practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field..
Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, micro front-ends and microservices.
Strong experience leading front-end modren technologies technology teams.
Deep knowledge of modern web frameworks, CMS, APIs, and cloud hosting.
Proven ability to manage complex, large‑scale digital channels.
Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
Experience in modern architectural design and related technical disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

Agile/SAFe certifications.
