Frontend Developer

Job Title: React Developer – Junior & Senior Levels

Contract: Yearly Renewable

• Build reusable, scalable, and responsive UI components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, authentication services, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with Backend Developers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, troubleshooting, and Agile development processes.
• Senior developers will additionally support frontend architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices.

• 1–3 years of experience in React development, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Experience with REST APIs, responsive design, CSS3, and component-based development.
• Familiarity with Redux, React Query, Git, npm/yarn, and frontend testing tools

• 4–7+ years of experience in React development within banking or financial services.
• Experience leading UI architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, and secure frontend development.
• Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD workflows, and mentoring development teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications or digital banking platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
