Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Developer

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clients—a global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

• Design and develop technical solutions using X++, C#, and .NET within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO
  ).
• Customize standard D365FO
  functionalities using extensions, event handlers, and custom objects following Microsoft best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Data Entities, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom APIs
  .
• Work with the Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration, import/export, and transformation.
• Create and maintain SSRS reports
  , Power BI reports
  , and custom Data Entities
  .
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Support environment management, code deployment, and build automation using Azure Dev Ops and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews
  , unit testing
  , and technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations releases, features, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  , or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO
  ) development
  .
• Strong expertise in X++, C#, .NET Framework, and Visual Studio
  .
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops
  , Lifecycle Services (LCS), and source control management.
• Strong understanding of D365FO
  architecture, data model, and extension framework
  .
• Hands-on experience developing SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards/reports
  .
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML
  , and integration frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
