About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and architecture of our server-side applications. You will be a technical lead within the backend team, driving best practices, mentoring junior developers, and making key architectural decisions to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and architecture of backend services and APIs using .NET Core frameworks
- Make key technical decisions on system design, scalability, and performance
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, setting the standard for the team
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning at scale
- Lead code reviews and drive engineering best practices across the team
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability at an architectural level
Key Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of professional backend development.
- Core Tech:
Strong expertise in .NET Core frameworks. - Database:
Proficient in SQL Server (queries, optimization). - Tools:
Daily experience using Visual Studio.
