The role is open exclusively to consultants currently based in Saudi Arabia who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle EBS applications while supporting enterprise HRMS solutions and business-critical systems. Working closely with technical and functional teams, the developer will contribute to high-quality Oracle implementations, system enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code across Oracle Database environments (11g, 12c, and 19c).
- Customize and extend Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
- Develop Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher reports.
- Support Oracle HRMS modules and related business processes.
- Configure and maintain Oracle EBS Workflow Builder components.
- Perform database performance tuning using Explain Plan, TKPROF, and AWR analysis.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Developer.
- At least 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12, Oracle PL/SQL development, and Oracle HRMS modules.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (11g, 12c, and 19c).
- Extensive experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) customization and extension.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
- Proven Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in Oracle HRMS.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS Workflow Builder and workflow configuration.
- Advanced knowledge of database performance tuning using Explain Plan, TKPROF, and AWR analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.
