About the Role
We are seeking a strong .NET Developer Team Lead who can both code and lead. You will manage a small team of .NET developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure delivery according to business requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and estimates
- Work closely with QA, Product, and Dev Ops teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Prepare technical documentation
- 5–8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core development
- Solid experience with C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- Experience on the e-correspondence systems is preferred
- Experience with Git / Azure Dev Ops
- Ability to lead, delegate, and follow up with the team
