We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced CRM solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows.
- Customize forms, views, dashboards, reports, and security roles.
- Build and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using:
- Web APIs
- Middleware tools
- Lead technical design sessions and provide solution architecture guidance.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Security
- Data integrity
- Scalability
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- QA teams
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET
- HTML / CSS
- Advanced experience with:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Dataverse
- Plugins and Custom APIs
- Solid experience with:
- REST / OData APIs
- Strong understanding of:
- CRM security model
- Business rules
- Workflow automation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with:
- SSRS / FetchXML reporting
- Experience in enterprise or multi-region CRM implementations.
- Leadership or team lead experience.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
