Service Now Associate / Developer – Riyadh

Contract: 6–12 Months Initial Contract

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a hands‑on Service Now Associate / Developer to join a major digital transformation programme in Riyadh. This is an initial 6–12 month contract with strong potential for extension.

• Configure and customise the Service Now platform
  , including forms, fields, UI Policies and platform components.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets
  .
• Configure and support SLAs, approvals and fulfilment workflows
  .
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, subflows and automated processes
  .
• Work with Glide Record and other Service Now platform APIs.
• Support REST/SOAP and API‑based integrations between Service Now and external systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across workflows, integrations, scripts, catalog configurations and data mappings.
• Manage Update Sets and support deployments and migrations across Service Now environments.
• Perform unit, integration and regression testing to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective Service Now solutions.

• Hands‑on experience with Service Now configuration and customisation

• Strong understanding of Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables and Variable Sets
  .
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, approvals and fulfilment processes
  .
• Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and Glide Record
  .
• Knowledge of UI Policies, forms and field configuration
  .
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP and Service Now integrations
  .
• Experience troubleshooting Service Now workflows, scripts and integrations.
• Knowledge of Update Sets, deployment processes and environment management
  .
• Experience with Service Now testing
  , including unit, integration and regression testing.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
