Position: ServiceNow Contract Lifecycle Management CLM Consultant Banking

Muller’s Solutions is looking for an experienced Service Now CLM Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a background in the Banking/Financial Services sector
.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Service Now CLM solutions
.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Service Now solutions.
Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
Manage contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination
.
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
Work with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
.
Support data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot issues and provide post‑go‑live support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

4+ years of Service Now experience
.

Strong hands‑on experience with Service Now CLM
.

Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Service Now configuration and customization.

Experience with
Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications
.

Experience with
REST/SOAP integrations
.

Experience with data migration and testing.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Service Now certification is a plus.
