Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Lead to join our team and take a hands-on role in developing and leading the technical direction of our B2B E-commerce platform.

• Develop and maintain scalable Front-End & Back-End solutions.
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to System Architecture & Solution Design.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Guide, mentor, and technically support the development team.
• Collaborate with management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• Previous experience as Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong experience with PHP/Laravel and modern Front-End technologies.
• Experience with E-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of APIs, Databases, Architecture, Cloud/Dev Ops, Security, and Performance Optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
