Senior Mobile Developer; Flutter

Maintain all three mobile applications in a buildable, shippable, and store-compliant state. Deliver contracted mobile enhancements to agreed scope, quality, and schedule. Complete phased modernisation of the legacy application to Dart 3 and sound null safety. Sustain field defect resolution performance and mobile production availability. Maintain and strengthen the mobile security posture across all three applications. Progressively improve automated test coverage across an inherited codebase

• Triage and resolve field-reported defects — GPS, permissions, camera, offline replay, push notifications, and OS regressions
• Keep all three applications buildable and shippable — SDK upgrades, Gradle and Xcode migrations, store compliance, and green pipelines
• Plan and execute a phased migration of the legacy application to Dart 3 and sound null safety
• Build new screens and task flows from Azure Boards, with full localization and RTL layout support; development and deployment are carried out in English, with Arabic content delivered through a translation mapping layer
• Maintain the mobile security posture — freeRASP, secure storage, obfuscated builds, and mock-location detection
• Own the release train end to end across the App Store and Google Play
• Progressively improve automated test coverage across all three applications
• Participate in incident investigation and root-cause analysis for mobile-originated issues
• Participate in the out-of-hours and on-call support rota for production issues
• Work with backend engineers on API contracts, offline sync behaviour, and defect resolution

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years shipping and owning production Flutter applications on both the App Store and Google Play
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end release management for published mobile applications
• Proven ability to work productively within an inherited architecture with thin test coverage and dated dependencies, improving it incrementally rather than replacing it
• Experience with offline-first mobile applications in operational or field-use contexts
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours support rotation
