Arabian Pay is seeking a professional solutions and software engineer to lead the design and implementation of a secure and scalable technology architecture that supports digital payment systems and BNPL, is multi-client, auditable, continuously monitored, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Architectural design
• Leading the design of the target reference architecture that includes API gateways and microservices such as:
• Auth
• Identity verification (KYC)
• Orders
• Financial ledgers (Ledger)
• Audit
• Design of highly reliable queuing systems and databases.

• Implementing best security practices such as:
• Tokenization
• Encrypted communication (mTLS)
• Secrets Management
• Encryption and the Least Privilege principle
• Rate Limits and Idempotency Control

• Preparing high and low level design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Data Lineage Analysis.
• Designing disaster recovery plans (RTO/RPO).
• Preparing technical reports and documenting project progress stages.

• Developing integration contracts (OpenAPI).
• Conducting Consumer-Driven Tests.
• Enhanced monitoring capabilities through:
• Traces
• Metrics
• Logs
• SLIs / SLOs.
• Conducting chaos experiments to ensure stability.

• Supervision and development.
• Directing development teams and supervising engineers.
• Establishing unified development standards and methodologies (Golden Paths & Platform Standards).
• Monitoring system operation, diagnosing faults, and implementing continuous improvements.
