Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications APIs and automation services
- Build and maintain automation workflows to support business and operational processes
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the in-house automation platform
- Develop and integrate AI LLM capabilities and intelligent agents into business workflows
- Work with LLM APIs prompt engineering function tool calling and structured outputs
- Design and maintain integrations with databases APIs message brokers and enterprise systems
- Ensure automation solutions are reliable scalable secure and production-ready
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve production issues across automation services and workflows
- Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for the automation platform
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and identify opportunities for business improvement
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications and services.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar Python frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar relational/No
SQL databases. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM technologies and integrating LLMs into applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and AI agents.
- Experience modernizing or migrating RPA workflows using Python, APIs, or AI is a plus.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and software engineering skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject; experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams is preferred.
