We are hiring a Senior Service Now Developer in Riyadh who specialises in enterprise integrations. You will build and improve the connections between a large-scale Service Now platform and the wider enterprise. This is an immediate start and we are shortlisting now.
The Role- Design and build integrations between Service Now and external enterprise applications
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations, Integration Hub spokes and scripted APIs
- Develop custom Service Now scripts, workflows and integration components
- Configure authentication, data mapping and error handling
- Support inbound and outbound data exchange
- Troubleshoot integration failures and improve performance and reliability
- Work closely with architects and integration specialists
- Support technical reviews, testing, deployments and documentation
- Make sure all work meets platform security and development standards
- Strong Service Now development and implementation background
- Proven experience with REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub and scripted integrations
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and data transformations
- Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise IT systems
- Understanding of authentication, integration troubleshooting and platform best practice
- Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks
Preferred certifications: Service Now CSA, CAD and relevant integration or implementation certifications.
Desirable: Knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric and enterprise data integration patterns.
