AI Tech Lead

This is a hands-on technical leadership role over the AI layer of an agent-building platform. It asks for someone who can set architecture for models, retrieval, guardrails and voice, write production code, and guide a small team of AI engineers. A strong candidate has several years of engineering behind them, real production experience with language model apps at platform level, and a record of building evaluation pipelines that decide whether a release ships.

The work is about building and running AI agents, so AI is both the product and the daily material. Models, prompts and agent patterns change quickly, which makes testing, monitoring and catching hallucinations early a core part of the job. What stays human is judging trade-offs between quality, speed and cost, mentoring engineers, turning customer needs into clear requirements, and taking ownership when something breaks in production.

The role gives deep exposure to agent design, evaluation methods, live monitoring and voice pipelines for customer support in Arabic and English. Someone aiming for it can build experience by creating a small agent with tool use, writing a golden dataset and regression suite for it, and tracing its behavior with an observability tool. Trying out Arabic or voice features would fit what this company does.
