Senior ERPNext Developer; Python​/Frappe Framework

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERPNext Developer with strong expertise in Python and the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and integration, along with solid exposure to financial modules and business processes. This role requires someone who can design scalable solutions, optimize ERP workflows, and support business-critical financial operations.

• - Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications using Python and Frappe Framework
• - Implement and maintain ERPNext modules, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Operations
• - Develop custom apps, scripts, reports, and workflows based on business requirements
• - Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, external APIs)
• - Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• - Handle database design, migrations, and data integrity
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product) to translate business needs into technical solutions
• - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing ERPNext implementations
• - Maintain proper documentation for customizations and integrations

• - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework
• - Strong proficiency in Python
• - Solid experience in ERPNext Finance modules (GL, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, Taxation)
• - Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and backend architecture
• - Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in finance and accounting
• - Experience in customizing Doc Types, Scripts, Workflows, and Reports
• - Familiarity with Git/version control systems

• - Experience in ERP implementations in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce domains
• - Knowledge of ERP integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment systems)
• - Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) within Frappe
