PHP Back-End Developer Job Objective:
Develop and program systems and applications on the server side (Back-End), design databases and application programming interfaces (APIs), and ensure system efficiency, security, and stability.
Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and program systems and applications using the PHP language.
Build and develop application programming interfaces (RESTful APIs).
Design and manage databases using MySQL.
Develop and improve the performance of servers and software systems.
Integrate with external systems and services.
Handle programming errors and analyze technical issues.
Apply security standards and protect data.
Collaborate with Front-End developers to improve system integration.
Write organized, scalable, and maintainable code.
Test systems and ensure performance quality before release.
Maintain existing systems and develop new features and functions.
Document code and software processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or a related field.
Practical experience of 2 to 5 years in Back-End development using PHP.
Proficiency in PHP, with Laravel experience preferred.
Experience with MySQL and database design.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Git and version control.
Knowledge of HTTP protocols and REST APIs.
Understanding of the basics of application security and data protection.
Required Skills:Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Writing clean, organized code.
Working within a technical team.
Time management and commitment to deadlines.
