Job Description:

The candidate should be able to develop their own GX classes and to do inductions to gym floor exercise and programs. Accountable the performance and output of the training team therefore experience in appraisals and developing the skill set of the trainer is essential. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a prerequisite.

Skills & Experience

Requirements:

• In depth knowledge of Private coaching techniques from assessment to program design.

• Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.

• Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Possess a strong customer service focus.

• Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, students and sta.

• Understands and follow oral and written instructions.

• Communicates clearly and concisely.

• Possesses strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures.

• Demonstrates the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Experience operating oce equipment such as computers, calculators, fax and photocopiers.

• Ability to work, setup and execute successful weekends

• Extroverted/Self motivator/Customer service minded

Minimum certifications/educational level:

• Current CPR

• REPs Registered – Level 3

• Certication from recognized organization

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• 4-year Degree in a related field

Minimum experience:

• Minimum of six months of related experience (preferred).

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.

• Physical eort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending,
reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking.

Must be able to frequently lift and /or
moves up to 45+ pounds.

Nationality:
East EU Countries, Balkan & Baltic Countries, EEA, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech
Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Latin America and Asia.

Benefits & Conditions (Package) include:

• Between 8,000 SAR and 12,000 SAR monthly tax-free salary plus commission

• The level of compensation shall be based on the combination of the level of education / training and work experience of the candidate

• 30-days annual leave

• Complimentary flight home per annum

• Full working Visa with 5 working days per week

• 365 days beautiful weather in Riyadh
