Spa Therapist

We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our vibrant team at Mansard Riyadh, a Radisson Collection hotel. We value character, skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. The role focuses on delivering exceptional spa services and ensuring guests have a relaxing and personalized experience.

• Deliver a variety of massage and relaxation treatments in accordance with established standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and professional spa experience from start to finish.
• Assess guest needs and recommend suitable massage or wellness programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a peaceful atmosphere in all spa areas.
• Manage daily appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all spa products, supplies, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with the Health Club & Wellness team to promote spa offers and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Good physical stamina and professional appearance.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
