Bring your energy, expertise, and love for Pilates to a thriving Riyadh studio where wellness, movement, and community come alive! We’re seeking a skilled female Pilates instructor (Mat & Reformer) to join our team.
Position Overview
We’re looking for an energetic and professional instructor who thrives in a diverse environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate is experienced in teaching both group and private sessions, and passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals.
Compensation & Benefits- Tax-free monthly salary up to 12,000 SAR (approx. USD $3,200)
- 30% commission on personal training sessions

- Housing provided (shared accommodation with private room or housing allowance equal to 25% of salary for independent living)
- Free Wi-Fi in provided accommodation
- Education sponsorship (tuition paid for relevant training; two-year commitment post-completion)
- Annual performance reviews with opportunities for salary increases
- Access to industry workshops, certifications, and ongoing professional development
- Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Fluent in English
- Calm, positive, and team-oriented personality
- Respectful, reliable, and client-focused
- Teach 20 hours of group Mat/Reformer Pilates classes weekly, with opportunities for additional personal training sessions
- Adapt classes for all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions as needed
- Visually assess clients’ abilities to ensure safe and effective instruction
- Deliver injury-conscious sessions that support individual needs and goals
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
