Pilates Instructor - Luxury Pilates Studio

Role Overview

A new luxury, boutique Pilates studio in Riyadh is seeking two experienced female Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructors to join its founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium studio concept focused on quality instruction, elevated client experience, and long-term growth.

• Deliver high-quality Mat and Reformer Pilates classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
• Teach group classes and private sessions with strong attention to technique, safety, and progression
• Create a welcoming, supportive, and professional client experience
• Support membership engagement and retention
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
• Represent the studio with professionalism and positivity

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching group classes and personal training
• Confident teaching all Pilates levels (advanced, intermediate, and beginner)
• Conversational to advanced English (Arabic is a plus)
• Active, friendly, approachable, supportive, committed, and cooperative
• Open to local and international candidates

• 5 days per week
• 20 hours per week
• Approximately 5 classes per day
• Split shifts may apply depending on timetable

• Tax‑free salary: up to SAR 15,000 (based on experience and certifications)
• Private session commission: 30% (paid as overtime)
