Senior Specialist - Sponsorships; COR

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a results-driven Senior Specialist - Sponsor ships to join our team. This role is crucial in establishing and managing high-value sponsorship partnerships within the golf industry, further enhancing Qiddiya's standing as a leading destination for sports and entertainment. You will lead initiatives to create exceptional sponsorship experiences that align with our strategic goals.

• Develop and implement innovative sponsorship strategies targeted at golf events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Research and identify potential golf sponsorship opportunities, conducting outreach and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to potential partners, highlighting the value of collaboration with Qiddiya.
• Manage the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and optimizing partnership deliverables.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to create impactful sponsorship activations at golf tournaments and events.
• Monitor sponsorship performance metrics, preparing reports and analyses to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring continuous engagement through effective communication and support.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote sponsorship initiatives through multiple channels, maximizing their reach and impact.
• Stay informed of trends and developments within the golf industry to identify new opportunities for sponsorship and partnership development.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sponsorship management or business development, particularly within the sports or golf industry.
• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing sponsor ships.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to evaluate sponsorship effectiveness and ROI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the golf industry landscape.
• Fluenta in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
