Director - Sports Strategy

Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to redefine entertainment in Saudi Arabia through innovative sports initiatives. We are looking for a strategic and visionary Director - Sports Strategy Support to join our leadership team. This role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies that enhance our sports portfolio, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Your expertise will guide the strategic planning and execution of sports projects across Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with our long‑term objectives and enhancement of our brand's reputation as a leading destination for sports and entertainment.

• Work closely with senior management to formulate and implement a comprehensive sports strategy that aligns with Qiddiya’s overall vision and goals.
• Analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions related to sports initiatives.
• Oversee the development and execution of strategic projects within the sports division, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of sports programs and events.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with sports organizations, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance Qiddiya's position within the sports community.
• Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of sports initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary based on data‑driven insights.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulating strategic plans and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sports strategy development, management consulting, or related fields
