Fitness Coach

To deliver high-quality group exercise classes that motivate members, enhance engagement, and promote health and wellness. The GX Trainer plays a key role in representing the Kun Sports brand through energetic, safe, and professional class instruction.

• Class Delivery & Engagement
• Conduct group classes according to the branch schedule and company standards.
• Ensure classes are motivating, inclusive, and suitable for all fitness levels.
• Promote consistency in music, flow, and choreography as per brand guidelines.
• Encourage member participation and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Member Experience & Retention
• Foster member relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Collect feedback and implement improvements to class experience.
• Support branch events and campaigns that promote fitness engagement.
• Professional Development & Compliance
• Maintain valid fitness certifications and required licenses.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene policies during all classes.
• Participate in internal workshops and performance evaluations.

• Minimum 2 years of group fitness instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Strong knowledge of class structure, music selection, and technique.
