job Brief The incumbent is accountable to coordinate the delivery process of the medical equipment by cross checking the specifications and quantity of the orders.They are responsible for reviewing the goods and invoices and attend the delivery process.

ACCOUNTABILITIESAdhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
Delivery:
Collect documents related to products from the warehouse.
Attend the delivery of the products to the various customers around KSA as per the Warehouse Manager’s instructions.
Collect any faulty products from the customers and deliver it back to Warehouse for Servicing.
Document the delivery process and obtain an official receipt from the customer with the agreed receipt form.
Submit a daily report for the customer visits to the Warehouse Manager.
Warehouse Coordination:
Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and diverting the delivery accordingly.
Comply with all Warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations.
Quality Check:
Properly check and inspect the items’ quality and quantity against the invoice and delivery note to ensure accuracy.
Inform the Warehouse Manager of any discrepancies.
Collect and return all documents with the customer’s signature and company stamp to the Warehouse.
Safety and Traffic Rules:
Drive safely and obey the local traffic department laws and regulation.
Utilize online maps to identify the fastest routes.
Maintain an organized travel schedule and ensure there is ample time to reach the destination.
REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s degree or minimum of Diploma
Additional details: Saudi National required. Valid KSA driving license (with clean driving record)
Experience: fresh graduates/1-2 years as applicable
Job Role: The incumbent will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a safe and timely manner and coordinating with company or transport drivers.
Job location: The incumbent will be covering the central region (Riyadh and its provinces) and travel to other regions of Saudi Arabia according to the need for delivery. The job in Riyadh will be at the warehouse (Al-Sulay area) and the field work will be as per the guidance of the direct manager.
Job Specific Skills: MS Office skills - Good communication skills & Good follow-up.
