The Warehouse Planner is responsible for efficiently managing the order fulfillment process within the warehouse, including receiving orders, coordinating deliveries, and updating systems to ensure successful delivery to customers. This role focuses on optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer demands while maintaining accurate inventory records and overall efficiency.

• Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize orders based on urgency, delivery requirements, and available resources.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and labeling.
• Plan and schedule delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery windows.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, drivers, and shipping carriers.
• Communicate delivery schedules and instructions to drivers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status and delivery.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays or order changes.
• Verify and record Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
• Document and resolve discrepancies, damages, or errors.

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment is preferred.
