We are looking for a Cabin Crew Planning Specialist to lead the strategic and operational planning of cabin crew resources at Riyadh Air. This role will ensure the design of optimised pairings, build legal and cost-effective rosters, and integrate training schedules to support safe, efficient, and compliant airline operations. You will design and govern the crew scheduling process, ensuring alignment with GACA regulations, company policies, and operational requirements.
Your work will also involve coordinating closely with key departments, including Training, Cabin Crew Performance Management, IOCC, and People and Culture, to maintain crew readiness, welfare, and operational continuity. In addition, you will analyse data to improve planning accuracy, minimise operational risks, and provide recommendations to enhance roster productivity. You will also oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring timely crew training and licence renewals, and manage manpower forecasts in response to fleet changes and seasonal demand.
Through your expertise in flight status communication, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans and facilitate smooth operational execution. You’ll also assess planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and introduce automation to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications- Degree qualified, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, or Manpower Resource Planning within a commercial airline.
- Experience in data analysis, roster optimisation, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced airline environment.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, GACA requirements, and operational planning best practices.
- Experience using Net Line Crew and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for planning, reporting, and analysis is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
