To supervise daily delivery operations platform and ensure orders are delivered efficiently and on time, while managing delivery applications, improving service quality, and achieving operational targets.

• Supervise the day to day delivery operations.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure on‑time order completion.
• Handle and resolve operational delivery issues.
• Monitor delivery performance and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments such as customer service and warehouse teams.
• Improve delivery efficiency and reduce delays and operational costs.

• Previous experience in delivery operations and team supervision.
• Hands‑on experience with Deliverect system and other aggregators application set up.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
