Position Summary

We are currently hiring a highly organized and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. Your main duties will include tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor shipping schedules and track shipments using logistics software
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, deliveries, and shipments
• Communicate with transportation companies to arrange pick‑up and delivery schedules
• Troubleshoot any issues or delays in the supply chain process
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs procedures
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in the logistics process

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP) is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Indian nationality preferred

1000$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
