Specialist - Airport Guest Greetings

Job Purpose

The role of the jobholder is to support mobility operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in guest experience aligned with operational requirements. The jobholder will manage the operational system used for recording guest transfers and reconciling transfers daily, represent Mobility in the Airport Control Center, and serve as the communication focal point for stakeholders overseeing guest and staff movement.

• Plan airport transfers and share the plan with airport stakeholders, including airside transfers, arrivals, and departures.
• Administer GACA airport permits and driving permits for mobility staff.
• Represent land and marine operations in the Airport Operations Control Center on a 24/7 basis; collaborate with TOCC, AOCC, and external stakeholders for exception management of guest and executive staff transfer bookings.
• Report incidents, vehicle mishaps, and complaints; ensure continuous follow‑through action for guest transfer service recovery.
• Monitor on‑time performance of airport transfers, share ETA updates with relevant stakeholders to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate, supervise, and report on team activities while providing effective communication.
• Comply with service standards, regulatory requirements, and policies.
• Report mobility transfer plans, resource deployment, and daily exceptions.
• Prepare the next 7‑day weekly transfer plan with all stakeholders.
• Develop business requirements to improve operational efficiency of the system.
• Meet and greet VIP guests, provide journey updates, assist with luggage, and allocate suitable vehicles.
• Participate in ORAT system testing and go‑live; identify potential risks, issues, and challenges and report them to management.
• Undertake other job‑related tasks and assignments as assigned.
• Ensure full compliance with company health and safety policies by proactively identifying risks, maintaining a safe working environment, and promoting a strong safety culture across all airport operations.
• Reconcile mobility transfers (cost, group size), remove duplication, and send approval for valid transfers to billing.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience within the GCC (preferred).
• Experience in the airport or transportation industry at a minimum supervisory level (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Technology‑savvy with good command of the MS Office Suite.
