Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track inventory levels.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics activities.
• Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status.
• Identify potential issues or delays in delivery and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with customs officials to ensure smooth clearance of goods at ports.
• Monitor transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers to achieve cost efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid biometric passport (urgent position requirement).
• Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
